Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 7–16 days depending on your location and product availability.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Crown & Tails ships worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Why did my items arrive separately?
Some items may be shipped from different warehouses to help fulfill your order as efficiently as possible. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within a few hours after placing them. Please contact us immediately at support@crownandtails.com if you need assistance.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your delivery status anytime.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We want you and your pet to love your purchase from Crown & Tails. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To keep our prices fair and accessible, return shipping costs are shouldered by the buyer. We kindly ask that items are returned without any shipping charges billed to Crown & Tails.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your request accordingly.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item, a defective product, or something not quite as expected, we’re happy to arrange an exchange.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item received
Once reviewed, we will guide you through the next steps for a replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. Cash on delivery (COD) is currently not available.
